Some History
A few years ago I suffered with IBS/irritable bowel syndrome, and I found it difficult to get relief. After much research I started to explore juicing, with a view to moving entirely to a plant-based diet. Irritable Bowel Syndrome is a gut condition and many people struggle to find a long-term solution, as we instinctively adjust our diet intermittently with no permanent relief and continue to endure IBS. I resolved my problem by becoming fully vegan and introducing plant based juices into my daily dietary routine.
Over the last years I have researched and tested many fruit and vegetable combinations for the creation of healthy and energy boosting juices. In addition to my fitness and lifestyle coaching, I also recommend juice plans for what ever health goal you want to achieve. I am qualified finess coach & I also give my clients nutrition advice for fitness related Goals. I do not advocate that everyone who comes to me move to a vegan diet. I explain the nutritious benefits people get from the juices, how the programmes suit certain people with vitamin or other deficiencies and overall I can assist people with their healthy lifestyle goals or journey.
Why should I do a Juice Cleanse?

How often can you cleanse?
As many times as you like. It is always good for your body to eliminate as many toxins as possible by filling it and flushing out with high amounts of vitamins, minerals and enzymes.

Pre-Cleanse
To make the most of your juice cleanse, start to eliminate meat, dairy, starchy foods, caffeine, refined sugar, and alcohol 2 - 3 days before you begin the cleanse. This way your body will not go into shock with the change of diet and the reduction or elimination will ease the detoxification process. Fill up on leafy greens, fruit, nuts and seeds. Eat raw food as much as possible.
During your Cleanse
Start your cleanse by drinking warm water and lemon each day. Add cayenne or raw honey for an extra boost. Drink a juice every two hours or when you feel hungry. Keep drinking water and natural herb cleansing tea in between your raw juices. For a deeper detox, give your body a rest and only do light exercise such a yoga or meditation. The weight loss you are targeting must be in keeping with your body’s recommended weight. If you feel hungry combine soup and Protein shakes with your juice.
